Great content if you need something for new hires to get knowledgeable insight. If you’re experienced you can use the many strategies provided to engage prospects through email. Overall the book contains a lot of insight into the BDC department of a dealership and how it should be ran. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or a veteran, the book has lots of great information to share!
